GENERAL SALES AND ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The present e-store general and ordering terms and conditions apply to orders placed in Ristart AS shopping environments www.ristart.ee and www.zippo.ee e-stores (hereinafter referred to as e-stores) and the resulting legal relationship between the Customer and Ristart AS.
- The Customer is required to examine the terms and conditions.
- In addition to the general sales and ordering terms and conditions, the parties adhere to the Law of Obligations Act, other legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the provisions of the terms and conditions of Ristart AS e-stores in regulating the legal relationship between the parties.
- Ristart AS has the right to change and amend the terms and conditions and price lists for the purpose of better and more secure use of ristart.ee and zippo.ee e-stores.
- Changes and amendments to terms and conditions and price lists are announced on the webpage ristart.ee. Changes and amendments to terms and conditions and price lists enter into force upon the publication of the change or amendment on the webpage of AS Ristart www.ristart.ee. When the Customer has placed their order before the amendments to terms and conditions entered into force, the terms and conditions valid at the moment of placing the order are applied to the resulting legal relationship, except when the law or the present terms and conditions provide otherwise.
PLACING ORDERS
- The products in our e-stores are available for purchase for private individuals and companies alike.
- Orders can be placed:
- Through our e-stores ristart.ee and www.zippo.ee, or
- via e-mail, by submitting your order at ristart@ristart.ee, or
- by calling us at +372 667 8044 and +372 506 7817
- It is not necessary for the Customer to become a registered user of our online environment as placing single orders as a guest user is also possible.
PRICES
- All prices in ristart.ee and zippo.ee e-stores are displayed in euros and include VAT (value added tax).
- Payments are accepted only in euros (EUR).
- AS Ristart reserves the right to change the prices displayed in e-stores at any given moment. When prices in the e-store have been changed after the Customer has placed the order and paid for it, AS Ristart is obligated to deliver the goods at the prices that were valid at the time of completing the order.
PURCHASING AND PLACING ORDERS
- Choose a suitable product
- Enter the desired quantity into the box next to the product. Use the “+” icon to increase the quantity of your chosen product and “-” icon to decrease the quantity.
- Products can be purchased either individually or in boxes. Choose either “piece” or “box” next to the quantity of the product.
- “Add to basket” adds the requested product into your shopping basket.
- The list of products currently in your shopping basket is available by clicking the shopping basket icon on the top right of your screen. You can change the quantities of the products currently in your shopping basket by entering the new desired quantity into the box. Products can be removed from the basket when you press the icon of a cross in front of the row. Press “Update basket” to save the changes to your shopping basket.
- Please contact our office at ristart@ristart.ee when we do not have your desired quantity of products in stock at the moment.
- Proceed with your order by filling out the necessary data about yourself and the chosen method of delivery. Please make sure to fill out all obligatory fields marked with asterisks. Make sure that the phone number and address you have entered are correct because the quick and swift delivery of your products depends on the accuracy of the information you have provided us.
- The sale agreement is considered to be concluded (entry into force) upon receipt of the amount payable on the basis of the order confirmation on the bank account of Ristart AS, Swedbank EE262200221001124395.
PAYMENTS
- You can pay for your order in an advance payment by using a bank link, credit card or on the basis of an invoice. Contractual customers may pay in accordance with the payment deadlines provided in the contract conditions.
- In order to pay via a bank link, click the bank link or credit card icons.
- Card payments Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal.
After submitting the order, the Customer is redirected to the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB for completing the payment. A pre-filled payment order stating the amount to be paid is displayed. Montonio Finance UAB authorises the payment at the Customer’s bank after the Customer has entered the card number, card security code (a 3-digit code at the back of the card) and the expiration date. In order to ensure the secrecy of the exchangeable information, SSL security protocols, MasterCard Secure Code and Verified by Visa payment cards safety programmes are used for processing card information. The given amount is reserved and forwarded for automatic completion after the bank has confirmed the payment. - Bank transfers. Customers can use the following bank links through Montonio Finance UAB:

- Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
- Card payments Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal.
Your purchase invoice is displayed after your order has been confirmed and a copy of the invoice is immediately sent to your e-mail address. The customer can print out the invoice and pay via a bank transfer at a time most suitable for them. Please make sure to enter the invoice reference number into the payment description field if you decide to use a bank transfer.
- The products will be sent to the address you have provided us following the receipt of the due amount on the bank account of Ristart AS. When you wish your products to be delivered to a different address, please fill out the section “Ship to a different address” on the right. - Original invoice will be delivered with your products.
- Your order and invoice shall be cancelled when the purchase price has not been paid on the bank account of Ristart AS within 14 days.
Your personal data and previous purchases are saved in our database once you have registered as a user. You can access the list of your previous orders by logging into your account should you wish to re-order some products.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
You can choose your preferred delivery option for products purchased from ristart.ee and zippo.ee:
- Pick-up in person: free
Your order is available for collection at Lastekodu 43, 10144 Tallinn, Estonia on working days from 9.00–16.30.
In Estonia:
- DPD courier: 3.60 EUR (including VAT)
- DPD Estonia pick-up locations: 3.60 (including VAT)
- Omniva Estonia: 3.60 EUR (including VAT)
- Smartpost Estonia: 3.60 EUR ( including VAT)
- Prior agreement: free
Transportation costs for deliveries abroad are calculated and discussed separately for each order beforehand.
- In accordance with the requirements you stated on your order, the courier will deliver your products at the address you have provided or your order will be sent to the parcel machine noted in the order.
- For the purpose of specifying the time of delivery, the courier will contact you at the phone number you stated in your contacts at the time of submitting your order.
- Please make sure that you provide us with correct contact information in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings whilst delivering your products. AS Ristart and the courier company are not responsible for any delivery delays or misunderstandings stemming from incomplete or incorrect contact information provided by the Customer.
- Your delivery note/invoice is sent with your order.
- Goods for contractual customers are sent out within 1-2 working days after the order was submitted (providing that the goods are in stock).
- Goods for non-contractual customers are sent to the requested address via preferred method of delivery. Delivery time is 2-3 working days of receipt of the advance payment (providing that the goods are in stock).
- We will notify you via e-mail or phone you submitted with your order within two working days of receiving your order should it become evident that the goods you have ordered are not in stock and must be separately ordered from the supplier. We will also provide a delivery date for the goods you have ordered. Time of delivery differs for different articles and may be up to three months.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
- Goods purchased from ristart.ee and www.zippo.ee e-stores can be returned within 14 days.
- For returning your goods, please send us an application at our e-mail address ristart@ristart.ee.
- You can return your goods within two weeks using a postal service or bring them in person to AS Ristart warehouse at Lastekodu 43, 10144 Tallinn, from Monday to Friday at 9:00 – 16:30.
- The product to be returned must be unused and complete (contain the original packaging and all original details, such as screws, cables, etc). Goods are considered non-refundable when the product has been used or the original packaging has been damaged (for example, packaging of beauty products has been opened, the product has been damaged etc).
- Please write your contact information and the reference number of your order/invoice on the packaging of the returnable product.
- Customers are refunded the purchase price of the goods in case of returns. Any extra costs related to returning the goods are covered by the Customer and transportation costs are non-refundable.
- Money will be transferred to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days of receipt of goods that are deemed to be refundable.
- Purchased goods are non-refundable when the product has been custom-made considering the Customer’s special needs or requests (such as products bearing a logo).
PRIVACY POLICY
- General provisions
1.1. This privacy policy regulates the principles of collection, processing, and storage of personal data. Personal data is processed and stored by Ristart AS, who is the controller of the personal data (hereinafter the controller).
1.2. For the purposes of this privacy policy, a data subject means the customer or another natural person whose personal data is processed by the controller.
1.3. For the purposes of this privacy policy, a customer means anyone who purchases goods or services on the controller’s website.
1.4. The controller observes the principles relating to personal data processing provided by legislation and, among other things, processes personal data in a lawful, fair, and secure manner. The controller is able to declare that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
- Collection, processing, and storage of personal data
2.1. The personal data collected, processed, and stored by the controller has been collected electronically and on paper.
2.2. By sharing their personal data, the data subject grants the controller the right to collect, arrange, use and administer, for the purpose defined in the privacy policy, the personal data that the data subject shares with the controller either directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services on the website.
2.3. The data subject is liable for the accuracy, correctness, and integrity of the data submitted by them. The submission of knowingly false data is regarded as a breach of the privacy policy. The data subject is required to immediately notify the controller of any changes in the data submitted.
2.4. The controller is not liable for any damage or loss caused to the data subject or a third party as a result of the submission of false data by the data subject.
- Processing of personal data of customers
3.1. The controller may process the following personal data of the data subject:
3.1.1. Given name and surname;
3.1.2. E-mail address;
3.1.3. Telephone number;
3.1.4. Delivery address;
3.1.5. Bank account number;
3.2. In addition to the foregoing, the controller has the right to collect data about the customer that are available in public registers.
3.3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data points (a), (b), (c) and (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation:
(a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
(f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

3.5. The controller has the right to share personal data of customers with third parties such as processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, companies providing transfer services. The controller is in charge of the processing of personal data. The controller transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the processor, Maksekeskus AS.
3.6. The controller processes and stores personal data of the data subject implementing the organizational and technical measures to ensure that the personal data is protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.
3.7. The controller stores the data of the data subjects depending on the purpose of processing, but no longer than for 3 years.
- Rights of the data subject
4.1. The data subject has the right to gain access to and examine their personal data.
4.2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on the processing of their personal data.
4.3. The data subject has the right to modify or rectify inaccurate data.
4.4. If the controller processes personal data of the data subject based on the consent granted by the latter, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
4.5. To exercise their rights, the data subject can contact the customer support of the online store at ristart@ristart.ee.
4.6. To protect their rights, the data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.
- Final provisions
5.1. These data protection terms and conditions have been prepared in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia and legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
5.2. The controller has the right to amend the data protection terms and conditions in part or in full, notifying the data subjects of the amendments via www.ristart.ee and www.zippo.ee.
