Do I need to have an email address?
A valid e-mail address and telephone number are required to place an order online. If you do not have a valid e-mail address, you can place an order by calling +372 667 8044 Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00.
Cash withdrawal from debit/credit card
Retention and charges will appear on your statement. Authorisation withholding is subject to the terms and conditions of your banking institution.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your Zippo order will be processed immediately, therefore we cannot accept any changes or cancellations. If your order has been processed and you still wish to return it, please let us know by emailing tellimus@ristart.ee.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 1-3 working days. Dispatch times may vary and are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only.
International transport
Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders to international addresses. If you are located outside the Republic of Estonia, please visit an authorised Zippo retailer in your country.
