If you find your Zippo Windproof Lighter still does not function properly:
Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself as it could damage the lighter beyond repair.
The lighter finish is not covered under our guarantee.
In need of repair, please send or bring your Zippo lighter to Kalda tn 7a, 11625 Tallinn, Estonia (please include your name, phone number, email address). For warranty repair, lighters will be sent to Germany, where they will be taken care of by professionals. The lead time is 1-2 months.
