Start by reading the instruction leaflet supplied with your lighter. It explains how to use it and provides important safety advice.

Your classic Zippo windproof lighter is covered by the manufacturer’s lifetime functionality guarantee: “It works or we fix it free.”

For repairs under Zippo’s lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, send your classic petrol lighter directly to the Zippo European Repair Clinic in Germany. Warranty repairs and return shipping are free of charge. You arrange and pay for shipping the lighter to the repair centre.

If a product purchased from our store is faulty, you can submit a claim to the seller at info@aren.ee. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory rights against the seller.

Important care tips

• The lifetime guarantee covers the lighter’s functionality. Normal wear to its finish and decoration is not covered.
• Use genuine Zippo lighter fluid, flints and wicks. Refill the lighter and replace the flint or wick as needed.
• After refilling, wipe away any lighter fluid spilled on the outside of the lighter to protect the finish.
• Handle the lid carefully when opening and closing it to avoid damaging the hinge.
