Your classic Zippo windproof lighter is covered by the manufacturer’s lifetime functionality guarantee: “It works or we fix it free.” If you have questions about using your lighter or the repair instructions, call +372 680 6000.

For repairs under Zippo’s lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, send your classic petrol lighter directly to the Zippo European Repair Clinic in Germany. Warranty repairs and return shipping are free of charge. You arrange and pay for shipping the lighter to the repair centre.
